Except Diggersby is a decent/good pokemon when its using its -good- ability. You don't need some special snowflake set to make Huge Power work, you just need STABs+priority+coverage/boosting move.

Yeah Blastoise is usable I mean you are wasting its potential not running rapid spin/scald but there isn't anything highly wrong with it. I don't see too much wrong with Persian either personally I would probably want to use fake out/return but snatch has potential if you can predict obviously not a good set but Persian isn't a good Pokemon to begin with.
