If you want your pokemon to register, place it in the bank or daycare, then retrieve it. It should register.
If you have a bad egg, reset, or place it in the box1slot1, then overwrite it with a working QR code

As far as I know, you can use pkhex to create them. Don't quote me on that. But as others have said, you can download whichever files you want from the pastebin and create your own QR code

I have some questions regarding this process in general. Keep in mind that I'm a newfag at injecting; I've never done it, and I'm not opposed to it by any means, but I am curious to this process works. I'm hoping this thread will still be around in the morning and my questions answered.
I've been trying to scan OP's Hoopa QR code for about twenty minutes without any success, so here's where my questions come in to play.
1. Are these limited to any one specific game? I'm trying AlphaSapphire.
2. Do I need to have the Pokemon registered in the Dex in order to do this?
3. Do I need the National Dex to do this? My main game is OmegaRuby, but I got AS for Christmas, played it up to Mauville, and have been unmotivated to play it since.
4. Are the QR Codes one-time-use?
5. Do I have to shut my game off? I've only been going to the Home Menu when scanning and entering the browser, leaving the game on.
6. Do these work for the New 3DS XL or are they limited to an older 3DS model? I have both if this is a problem.

You don't need them registered in the dex
You can use the QE codes as many times as you want
