Brobowl had the two of them facing each other and Ash was shown taller than him. It varies with Ash and Serena but Clemont is shorter than both.

Clermont is shorter than both Ash and Serena, with Ash and Serena is where they're inconsistent most of the time, theoritically they're supposed to be about the same height, but on occasion Serena has ben taller than Ash(there's the issue of different body proportions and things like Serena just rolled up Ash's jeans, probably because they don't fit her the same way), I suppose it became more common since she began wearing the boots of her second attire.
