Yes, they can. Stop misspelling information.
Why do you inject, /vp/? For me it's because my favourite pokemon is genderless, and to use one in battle I have to either choose between shit IVs for a wild caught one or POKEBALL ONLY for a bred one, and my balltism can't handle that.
