What are some good moves to use on this guy that take advantage of his ability? Not including flinchfag moves.
I'm already using charge beam for the +1 special attack per use.

If you're going for a special set, I recommend:
Charge Beam
Icy Wind just to lower speed
Ancient Power for them boosts
Flash Cannon/Psyshock for stab
You could also throw on U-Turn.
It's a good stealth rock setter.

I've come up with a good alternative game mode for those who wish to enjoy new gen 6 playthroughs.
>1- Catch the first Pokémon of a type which is still not in your team.
No repetable types (ie: if you catch a bidoof you can't catch a pidgey).
Final evolution type is what matters (ie: swablu counts as dragon/fairy in ORAS, dragon/flying in XY)
Gift Pokémon are optional.
>2- Must trigger at least one encounter in each new area.
>3- Exp share turned on is recomended.
Your final team will be between 9 and 18 Pokémon so you will be switching them out of the party a lot.
PS: Might be doable in Gen 5 with Audino farming.
