I, for one, enjoyed playing Excitebike in Pokemon.
And the winners are all correct, except music. Not fond of design, either, but not the worst pick.

That's just how the voting went, but if we went by individual numbers, it won Best Gameplay and Best Plot/Lore, came in second for best Post Game, and third for best Music.
Overall, it was a pretty solid generation.

Probably a free service for trainers registered with the pokemon league (anyone with a pokedex). Most of the kids using it don't even have jobs, so it wouldn't really make sense for them to pay for it.

I would like to see Team rocket have an actual logically structured story to their crimes, much like team Magma / Aqua, instead of just stopping them doing random bad things.
