Gen four was literally the least memorable generations for me. The starters were shit. The gyms were shit. But it did have a neat champion.

Yes, since that's how you recruit them in Explorers.
You have to be level 100, be holding a golden mask, and have the IQ skill Fast Friend to have a 0.5% chance of recruitment.
I've also stolen from them in PSMD because they can have rainbow TMs on the last floors of dungeons, which can cost 5000+ easily but are infinite use.

It took me roughly two hours each to catch the Regis when I was longer, but I've spent much more time breeding. I think the longest I've bred was with four chains in three months to get a perfect Charmander with some breeding moves in X.
