I'd actually be okay with more than just the main trio and Magearna, as long as they're related to either the story or other Legendaries. Some sort of Jirachi-esque star-inspired Mythical would be a-okay.

What if they in some future game made an explanation for how the PC works, in which the Pokémon you deposit are actually transported to a large Entralink-esque place with different habitats akin to Pal Park/Johto's Safari Zone? Where you could physically visit said "ranch" and interact with all of your Pokémon at once?

The switch to 3D is the best thing that happened to Pokemon in a long time imo. It should've happened years before.
