I'll start with when I finally caught Tauros in Safari Zone.
When I finished the National Dex in ORAS
Beating Lance in Gold by Mirror Moving his Aerodactyl's Rock Slide.
I put it off forever but in after transferring my living dex into ORAS the only thing left to do was the Maison.
Got all of the Maison trophies. It was a fun using pokemon I normally wouldn't same goes for battle types I would otherwise ignore. Triple and rotation were a great change of pace.
When i saw the fake rapeclown leak today i got inspired , i want to have a team consisting of the most creepy as pokemon!

Hell in the games most of the time the only time you talk with them is when you battle them at the League.
They're supposed to be the most feared trainers in their region and you barley hear anyone mention their names at least. Can Sun and Moon fix this and give these bad ass trainers some spotlight for once?
