I started using a-move click a good while ago, then shift "smartcast" amove but over time I find it became kind of a lazy tool and I'd end up missing crucial autos to creeps or other targets.
When I watch players like sneaky I see them use all of them. They just right click early in the game with low AS and only spam a-move later. Even then I see it's a weird combination of clicking/a-move/a-move click.
