As a speculative purchase, no, not at all. It was a Common in DUEA. As an actual card to use for the deck, still no. Demolisher of Rituals prevents targeting but the only targeting Necloth of Trishula's going to care about is effect negation, which can be stopped by discarding another Necloth of Trishula anyway. Unless you do something like banishing Demolisher + Releaser then I just can't see it being of much help.

Its standard materials are apparently 2 Level 5 monsters. I'm not quite catching what the effect in question it might have is.
- Raid Raptor RUM apparently ranks up a RR by 1 Rank, and lets you use the monsters in your hand and/or Graveyard as Xyz Material.
