Well assuming you had hexacc v1.9 working correctly before append II was released, then you probably wouldn't need to delete anything and only need to install the patch.
If your hexacc was already fucked before append II's release, then you have to uninstall and manually delete.

Fuck, Carefree is great, I just keep finding more and more good lines from her. Also I'm noticing a lot more animations I don't think I've seen much elsewhere, either she's using all those unused poses that the modders have been using for a while now or they added some in. Either way I like it, gives her more personality.

Lots of stuff added in the last few updates, make sure you follow the readme in the new one though because you probably need to delete specific files that'll get left behind by upgrading.

There are 823 voice clips in Warm's pp file, if that gives you any indication. Translation-wise, many of the lines (notably the dis/agreement lines) are repeated tons of times so that factors into total line count.
Of course, some voice files are probably unused too.
