i'm very slow, in fact so slow enemy arty can fuck me up while moving. often times half my team is dead before i get to the front to do anything at all.
and the starting gun has a long reload but only hits for 120ish when used on your usual targets - front showing heavies, and dont get me started on accuracy, this thing wont hit a barn.

The shell velocity is actually total shit on the RU-251. Surprised me a bit, quite disappointed actually. Not saying it's a bad tank obviously, but the velocity is noticeably bad when sniping targets that move.

You need to be on your target the whole time to utilize your dpm.
You have a big disadvantage if your target just pops up, gives you a 500dmg shot and hides again before you can even shoot.
DPM is nothing in this game and is only useful if the enemy ignores you, which doesn't happen often because you have such a pretty color in XVM.
