Riven requires alot of knowledge and memorization along with high APM in order to maximize DPS in every situation. Once you get that out of the way it simply becomes a matter of learning how to take leads and run away with games ( I recommend watching Dekar173 as he constantly 1v9's gold and below effortlessly although beware he acts like a total faggot sometimes)
Lee Sin requires a crazy amount of positional awarness and is completely opportunistic. When played correctly however he can shit all over everyone early game snowball a win.

Honestly they should just revert the passive nerf and buff her attack speed growth. It's so abysmally low. The only other adcs that have it anywhere near as low as her from the top of my head are Jinx and Sivir. Sivir makes up for it with wavecear and AoE damage and Jinx is just a better hyper carry with her long range and attack speed steroids from mini gun and passive. There isn't really any reason to play Trist over Jinx right now.

Those are the two most generic rune pages you can get and they're pretty much all you need for now. Those are the cheapest Tier 3 runes. Tier 2 runes are also fine in the mean time if you want to save up for champs as Tier 2 are 1 ip per rune.

Warlord's is good on specific ADC's.
You take it when they have a bad early game, or they don't interact with Fervor that well.
Sivir is an example of this, because her bounces do not proc Fervor, so Warlord's is better for her.
