It was, but from the look of things at the moment it looks like Morrison was blindsided (his whole thing as 76 is investigating what other influences poisoned Overwatch and supported Reyes). McCree's lore is that blackwatch was doing horrible things behind the scenes that even he, a former gangster, was disgusted by. Reyes seems like the typical bad guy who let jealousy consume everything he once cared about. Including his integrity and friendships.

If I had to guess, the folks who worked with or were in "Overwatch Public" sided with Morrison, while folks who worked with or were in Blackwatch (the blacks ops division, which Reyes was leader of) sided with him.
They both got put in charge of entirely different entities, and thus had essentially the same position. Reyes just got asshurt that Overwatch was public and his wasn't.

Legion will be the last hurrah, because there's only two big baddies for WoW players to fight: N'Zoth and Sargeras. Both will be in Legion, both will die/be defeated, WoW will get the gold-lined coffin it deserves.

It's a meme. Subs go down because a lack of content, not because the content was bad.
Mists of Pandaria wasn't received well, but after people saw that it was actually OK, subs were stable and actually rose. They only started dropping again recently because we had a year-long content drought with the worst raid in history, Hellfire Citadel.
But every time they actually release new content consistently, that isn't shit, subs come back up. I am super excited for Legion because it looks like there will be a lot of content, and that they have learned from past mistakes.

WoW subs have been going down since MoP, yes, because of a lack of content, because Blizzard is scraping the bottom of a drought-suffering well.
Players are still raiding HFC, a raid that came out last June for an expansion that dropped the previous November. Before that, they raided SoO for 15 months, from September 2013 to WoD's release in Nov. 2014.

Bastion gets hooked and insta-killed, Reaper gets hooked and insta-killed, Snipers just force them go to a different path then get hooked and insta-killed, Tanks cannot out-DPS him, and I run against at least 2 of them every game.
That hook is not a pharah rocket, it's hard to see coming, it's fast, has no windup, and the hitbox on it is massive. Anyone who survives it is going to die to close shotgun blasts and his self-healing.

Aim well, know the difference between when you need damage per second from your primary vs damage in an instant from your rockets, and identify targets your teammates can't fight as well as you. Her splash damage isn't bad, it's bigger than Direct Hit in TF2, I think, but smaller than the standard rocket launcher. I just tested Zenyatta on PTR and looked at the health bars on the training dummies. While the orbs do 40 damage now, discord is still 50%. It didn't get nerfed to 30% (8 health bars for 200 hp so 25 hp per bar, after 3 bodyshots with discord on, with normal orbs doing 1 bar and 3/5, I'm doing 7 bars and 1/5, so 175+5=180 damage). You guys are retarded.

I always play the objective, do very well playing tank/support and always do decently enough if i need to play a dps. How can i win if one or two players manages to shit up a whole match even if i try to gently talk sense into their picks/gameplay?

Anytime I'm playing Reinhardt I make sure to make Zarya, or her healer, my number one priority. If you practice enough you can either put your bubble right before being pinned, only do it if your right next to something to be hit with, or right after being unstunned. It's 50/50 on the last one since Rein will swing immediately.
