git gud I know, the game isn't really complex but these guys just have so much more experience than me it's not funny. I'm usually as good/better than people up to around level 38~ where they start to more consistently be better than me.
I just wish there was a sort of mode which was the same game except people are expected to take it more seriously and as such there are rewards for winning, penalties for quitting and a system is in place that matches you with people near your skill level. You are now team dad. Push the payload, or contest it if you are defending. Your niggas are hurt? Sprint to their location, use you heal rod. Go to the settings, and enable ally health bar display for him (it's a hero specific setting).
Use your rockets wisely, they can take your weak heroes in an instant and can help your remove turrets/bastions.
Knows when to ult, focus on weaker targets like healers or offense heroes.

this command line does almost everything you want. Adjust bitrate and resolution accordingly to respect 3MB filesize to post on /vg/

there's also a program that uses ffmpeg called webm for bakas/idiots, it will give you options for resolution, bit-rate, max file size, double-pass, and multi-threading
