Can't speak for the Legion changes (which are real fucking soon actually), but rogue is pretty tame when it comes to rng.
Only thing I can think of is the random procs of the soul capacitor (which is still frequent) and the random adrenaline rushes from the HFC tier set, when in Combat.
Both are minimal and specific to certain gear.

I'll also give my reasoning for rogue. There always seems to be a lot of downtime while leveling a rogue. Low level rogue is garbage, no burst of speed, always energy starved, squishy beyond belief, so you are spending a lot of your time trying to move from mob to mob one mob at a time and it just feels like hell to level.
Warlock and hunter on the other hand are tanky due to their pets and are ranged so you can just pull fuckloads of mobs and not really have to worry about anything, and they can even solo some of the bigger mobs like the draenor mount rares for example.
Also rogue is super fun and will be pretty good in legion!

Broken Shore is a scenario with lots of lore leading to the events of the expansion. It becomes available a couple days before launch of the expansion itself. The pre-patch is next week with the demon invasions beginning in the first week of August with increasing intensity as it leads to Broken Shore and then the actual release of the expansion.

Yep it was cut. I don't think they ever gave a reason but no work went into it anyway so as long as it means actual content patches and not bullshit like 6.1. I don't care all that much. Blizz need to get back in the game really. Longer lasting short content patches is fucking stupid considering they claimed at Blizzcon last year they have more developers than ever before.

You can play Demon Hunters early if you bought the game via battle.net you get early access(apparently August 17th) so you can do their starting experience from 98-100 and take part in the demon invasions whilst waiting for the 30th.

My friends all play alliance. I actually have a... ~97ish undead priest that I liked a lot, but I don't see much of a point in leveling him if I can't play with my pals.

I see that, I personally play either gender to fit the theme I'm going for, and most Alliance males are, as you say, bulky and/or have poor animations.
If you're going Pandaren, try to look past the "haha goofy panda" and try to make it more of a serious proper priest kinda thing.
Idunno, best advice I can give you is probably to sit down in wowhead's dressing room for a while and see if anything clicks for you. A lot of Legion's new sets are pretty nice, might be worth checking those out.

Grab the Garrison pot and go crazy on bonus objectives. You might need to do a few quests or dungeons if you can't buy an elixir of the rapid mind though.

"account sharing" gets you banned in prety much two cases.
Two or more people playing an account in shifts to gain an advantage in pvp ranking or two people playing an account in shifts to avoid paying for a second account(and even this one is tolerated)
Mostly the rule exists to give blizz an easy excuse to ban goldfarmers and pvp rank buyer types.

im just baffled as to why the alliance always seems to have a ton of them. when they dont have a dozen healers or more theyre losing hard, if they do win theyre winning or stalling it. there's no middle ground, it's always 3 healers on horde and 15 on alliance. maybe that's what it takes to balance out shitty players on their side.
this is so annoying, im putting out aimed shot, chimera shot, kill shot, kill shot and while the second kill shot is flying the guy is back up to 100% already
why even bother with anything in here, just throw more fucking healers at them and stand ontop of the objective
