Crowd Control. Soft CC is things like slows. Hard CC is stuff that just downright stop you, which four existed before Ana (Reinhardt ultimate, McCree flashbang, Roadhog hook, Junkrat Trap); Junkrat and Reinhardt's are acceptable because Junkrats is a trap and you can see / destroy / avoid it, Reinhardt's is an ultimate.

The problem is that shit will make everyone be a scoreboard whore. No change between roles and on some heros like Zarya you can't always get high elim/kill blow/damage depending on how the game is playing out but still being a big factor thanks to your shields and simply holding the choke point or flank well. Another example is a Winston on "giving Widow/Mercy the D" duty, he won't get the dank points, but he sure as fuck is carrying be denying the Widow the chance of carrying her shitty team.
Plus the only stats that matters is damage done to heros (currently isn't tracked), kill blows and maybe eliminations. Then again some heros will have a higher potential to be top on those (just like in TF2 6s, where either Soldier or Demo, can't remember which, was most of the time the top fragger, but people understood that) but the kids below 70 won't understand that and will shit talk and get tilted like the little bitches with weak emotional stability they are.
Aside from all that, you can farm points and still make a stupid mistake that will cost your team but try to avoid responsability hiding behind numbers or the shitter can make a impactful play on a specific round or point despite not having great numbers.

In TF2 you can bring someone down to 1 hp and a scout spraying a pistol across the map will get the full kill points whereas in overwatch it's tied to the fire meter to let you know how well you're doing.

Her sole purpose is to heal and revive people, that's why she's important in most situations because it's a team based game that relies heavily on defense. Lucio excells at speed and aura heal, that's why he's good at KOTH along with Winston and Tracer - characters that are good at getting from A to B in shortest time. Zen is an anti-tank shredder with healing abilities. Ana is a sniper that trades offensive potential for heal and is built around supporting your team and relying heavily on it.
The game is built around characters that fill and excell in certain niche. It's been out for 2 months, if after all this time you still don't realize it, you really are a goddamn moron.
