"high" skill floor would be something like playing golf in real life. you need to prepare and learn the proper swing to hit the golf ball, you can't just run up and whack it and expect it to go anywhere near where you want. playing golf has a higher skill floor than playing hanzo. Hanzo you can just drop into a match and spam arrows and get kills, it doesn't take any special preparation to learn this.

All tanks are equally strong in current tank meta. Except for dva of course. People are too afraid to focus her when she rushes you with her shield up. It's impossible to not shoot team shields of a good zarya but you should definitely focus her through self shield when she shows her face. It's only 600 hp total, literally same as hog. What happens now is some people on the focus her and some don't so she does her damage, gets some charge and then fucks off out of los.

This is simply not true. Zarya is the best tank overall because she works on any map or gamemode and her shields can prevent things that Reinhardt's can't. Nor does it take long for her to become the most damaging tank with her damage boost. Her comparatively low health is made up with the fact that half of it regenerates over time, and I find that it takes the longest to kill her out of any other tank hero during matches.
Reinhardt and Roadhog are a step down from her, where they both pair well with her but are more situational than her. Reinhardt is not very good on koth like she is and Roadhog gets countered by Zarya. Where Zarya was once the sub-tank, Reinhardt and Roadhog have become the sub tanks, where Reinhardt provides pushing power and free damage to her because shooting his shield gives her charge, and Roadhog gives a source of damage to go with her protection.
Winston is only useful as a counter to Genji and Tracer or as a pick for padding out Overtime. His barriers are nice, but since they break so quickly Zarya's bubbles tend to help more, or Reinhardt's shield.

Am I being retarded for playing in PC with a PS3 Joystick? I never learned to move with keyboard (and in general is true that regarding mobility is better a joystick than a keyboard) but aim is definitely better with a mouse. Should i learn to change or stay casual and git gud in heroes that don't require aim/move a lot?

Roadhog and McCree are so similar actually.
Both have (or had) an instagib combo.
Both are mostly immobile.
Both have a CC skill to chain into this instagib combo.
The difference is McCree had 200 HP, no selfheal and 10 second on flashbang (which had much shorter range than hook) and he was removed from the game while Roadhog has 600HP, a 300HP heal, a 6s CD hook and can actually instagib people at midrange with correct spacing and he's totally balanced and OK because you can build ult off him.
