Why not just have literal like psuedo-court cases, where the accused can stand trial and defend themselves? we can easier determine if theyre going to be a problem, or if theyre just really genuinely retarded, and if so it'll be a lesson to them regardless

I don't really like the pmod thing. Because giving power to a player is not always good and it splits up the playerbase ( I think). You have to find an impartial person who can deal with a lot of complicated situations. How are you going to know if pmod is going to make the right decision in muting/banning who? And when such a person fails at his/ her job only once. It'll definitely become a meme on the server and have people spamming to remove his/her pmod status.
