Yeah, just the the fixed net. For radar lock I mean to use he R-3R. It's not the best at turning but it's a serviceable dogfight missile, as you needn't worry about aspect too much.

ASP sucks for air-to-air gunnery and its air-to-ground functionality basically isn't modeled.
It's not really unusable, though, it's just fucking annoying to use. Basically you should be using both the ASP and fixed net to help figure out where shots will actually go.
The ASP won't really help in a turning dogfight, sadly, and when going vertical, its gyros like to get knocked out of whack and force the pipper to go screwy. It's here that you need to know how to aim with fixed net.

TWS is purely for situational awareness. Allows you to get information on a single target (Airspeed and altitude if the range allows it) while the radar keeps scanning for other targets. Once you're within 15% I think of the maximum engagement range of your currently selected missile, the TWS soft lock will switch to STT.

Trans-sonic or supersonic damage to the rotor tips.
The main limiting factor to a helicopter's speed, other than drag, is the speed of the tips of the rotors. Obviously, they're travelling at a considerable speed even when the aircraft is at a standstill, but when it's moving forward you add that airspeed plus the speed of the disc's rotation.
The ka-50 is only as nippy as it is because of how small the rotor discs are- shorter rotor blades means the tips aren't going as fast for a given rotational rate.
