She's easiest on a defense map where you can load up a point with all six turrets, and they'll have reasonable lifespans.
When attacking, it can be difficult to set them up, and oft times they'll be destroyed as quickly as you can put them down.
She -can- be useful for some attack maps, where her teleporter will make things absolutely one-sided, but you might need to log a few more games and get a better understanding of the maps before you'll be able to recognize the when-and-where of this.

I am going to be picked every single game, I will never ever push through chokepoints on attack. I'm popping ultimates like it's going out of fashion just to kill a single guy. I do 120 on direct hit with no reload time allowing me to nonstop spam everywhere. Good players won't die in big groups to tire. At high ranks (65+) a pretty big chunk of your tires will get shot down
That said, my suggestion is to use it at opportune times when fighting is going on, its a lot harder for people to react mid chaos. Also don't be greedy with it, if you can get a rein or healer pop it instantly - don't go for multikills needlessly
