you need to understand what makes a hero good and bad. for example:
skeleton king is a pretty stable carry with a FREE aegis but it requires him to have mana to be able to use it. if you first pick him the enemies will probably go all out with lion, kotl, AM or phantom lancer. counter picking you.
basically you need to be good to understand when to pick heroes. alternatively you can learn to itemise in such a way as to counter their counterpicks.

I looked up in DB top Necto players and i was surprised.
One of them builds tranquills and blademail every fucking game. I could understand blademail, it gives armor, int and extra damage from active. But tranqs? Necro needs stay alive in teamfight as long as possible to spam heals, but tranqs can't regenerate health when you are IN A MIDDLE OF A FIGHT AND CONSTANTLY GETTING ATTACKED and it doesn't provide any extra mana like arcanes or tankiness like pt. I guess ms is good, even when disabled and armor combined with blade mail is not bad, but you can't spam heal as often as with arcanes or pt tread-switch.
And the second guy from the top of the list buys phase boots. Why? WHY? If you want ms then tranqs+wind lace is the way to go, also bonus armor. But phase gives nothing but shitty +dmg and shitty ms bonus. No extra mana to spam heal, no extra ehp, no int to scale spell dmg. NOTHING.

I don't even care, at least as a support I can show up to early fights and make sure my team doesn't lose incredibly. My preferred type of hero is ultra late game carry, but I think that's a really inefficient way to climb. I think the best MMR grinding hero for me might be Phoenix.

My supports did an inadequate job of keeping the map lit up. I remember one time I told Earthshaker we needed vision of roshan (they did it abt 4 times and we didn't contest a single one), and I specifically told him he needed to buy a smoke of deceit in order to ward safely. When Jugg and Timber pushed mid, our 2 other lanes were pushing in (and we had no T3s), so I would rather defend than push mid, get maybe one of their T3s, then get wiped and raxed

if behavior score is real it's an absolutely retarded idea. Put tilting people with tilting people so they all tilt more, never give them a chance to actually experience a good game so they can get out of their rut. If anything, they should be put with people who don't tilt. That way the tilters will have a higher chance of becoming not tilted and the people who don't tilt would be naturally resistant if their teammate remained toxic. If people are that bad, give them low priority. Don't condemn them to shitty teammates forever.
