Trying out different ENBs. I like how SoS applies a DoF effect when you focus on a character. It reminds me of Oblivion. Seems to not hit performance has hard as Unbleak either. I got 30 - 40 on average with that. This is giving 50 + FPS indoors and about 40 outside. I'm fine with anything above 10 for screenshots. Actually playing with ENB just seems strange when I've been playing Skyrim for nearly 5 years without it.
Ultimately I prefer Unbleak for its higher contrast. I just have to get rid of all that blue.

You start out with adream sequencewhere you walk a bit through their "nice" set piece.
This is my first gripe; The mod looks gorgeous, but the flora looks like ass, so everything outdoors is vomitworthy.
You talk a bit with your dad by picking inconsequential lines of dialogue, then you go inside get jumpscared, find the only worthy thing in the mod - Saturn eating his sonwow such symbolism, it rhymes like fucking pottery- then you go into the kitchen, where your dad finds you and all hell breaks loose as you pick some more inconsequential dialog and then all hell literally breaks loose and you're also reminded that you're the chosen one
Then you wake up on a boat, have some inconsequential dialog with your inconsequential friend and create your character from one of four races: elf, white, somewhat white, or nigger.
You're stowaways by the way and get spotted and have a fistfight, which is still as terrible in vanilla. You win it but then a magical lady shows up and tells you you're the chosen one and does some inconsequential magic and you fall asleep.

You wake up on the deck and the captain has found you and inconsequentially kills your inconsequential friend and throws you overboard. Underwater you see some pretty ruins and (I think) a fish.
Then you fall asleep and wake up between three rocks. This is where one of the more retarded things show up. Imagine pressing tab, the menu shows up, but the top option isn't there. That's what this mod is like. Instead, you equip a power, use it, get teleported to the cell you're in now. It looks pretty. There's three stones around you that serves the exact same purpose as perk trees, except you have to spend way more time to look at the individual perks. But at least it looks pretty.
After leaving that waste of time, you wake up on a beach, but you're still on the tutorial rollercoaster, so you head straight through a lost temple, picking up a bow, a pickaxe and a spell along the way. You kill a swamp troll and a cave troll who both have terrible pathfinding. The cave has a totally-not-dwemer style going, and has a little "puzzle" where you press three buttons to pass on

It looks like we have a winner. Rampage is the last ENB I'll be trying for now. It's my favorite by a little bit. The godrays in the picture look great and the interiors are a little more subtly colored than unbleak. I may try bleak later. Now I need to get some poses and change my followers out. I know right? I'm at about 30 FPS with it. If I was used to playing at that, I'd keep it on all the time. It looks amazing. The description also boasts of tools to easily personalize it, so not only is it great as it is, but tweaking it should be a little easier than the regular ENB interface, which is kind of intimidating.

Also, how do you treat the dragonborn in your game? In mine, he already happened, but only did the main questline. So the civil war and guilds are still in turmoil, but the threat of Alduin has been vanquished. Pity there isn't a mod that does that.

It's great. It feels like Undead Burg pre-collapse, if that makes any sense. I've spent a lot of time in the Lower Town listening to the thieves' stories, they're great to hear. I kept going in and out of the haunted house, but the voices eventually repeated themselves. Finding out about the Dunmer and Argonians' relationship was quite touching as well. Nexus page isn't much help quest-wise (apart from stating it exists) so we'll just have to keep an eye out.

A proper Breton longbow, close to as tall as she is, made of quality yew with a draw of nearly 150 lbs. Type of arrow used naturally depends on the target and the occasion, though enchanted and magically enhanced types are a specialty of hers.
