Once they were content with their wealth, they no longer camped Un'goro. At this point, the poster you're quoting brought a rag-tag of mediocre players (finalflash among them) to do the same thing. Almost every single post he did in /nosg/ was arrogant and insufferable, combined with lots of screenshots of the leathers. Think FF with the "LUL STAY MAD KIDDO X--DD"-schtick, but worse.
The only thing either of them really accomplished on Nost was grinding battlegrounds for 10+ hours every day, and still not getting invited to any of the good premades.

Really nice seeing lore characters and locations from the game come to life in a film. There are really nice little touches too, like that shot of blackrock mountain and khadgar flying a griffon to stormwind and landing where the flight master would be.

personally i think it depends. ie/ hearthstone is more fun to watch than play, since you see the random RNG and fun games, but you don't get frustrated at bad RNG and instead you laugh the streamer's salt. Plus, being good at hearthstone means nothing.
Most games are more fun to play instead of watch....especially grindy games like vanilla since a huge satisfaction comes from 'earning' that r12, etc. Personally speaking watching someone else do it feels like im getting cucked. However you can learn a lot from someone's stream or find a sick new UI/addon
I know that with the pvp streams currently, it makes it easier to dodge For example since without stream delay u can see if rhox's grp gets into XXXX wsg. you can check the viewer lists for yourself and see that 1/3 of the viewers are just alliance prem pvpers looking to confirm a dodge
