Honestly, everyone who trying to compare ED and EVE or SC and EVE is retarded by default. ED main auditory is solo players, who prefer to play offline without players and feel space sim and Braben delivered this content, multiplayer part is shit, because it lack pretty much any group activities except for retarded clusterfucking with Power Play and Bounty Hunting. At the same time it have marvelous atmosphere of empty space unlike in EVE where you can find fucking 20 alts in pretty much every asteroid belt and awesome space exploration.
EVE is more social oriented game with bias toward corps and group activities or 20 alts autism.
SC is fucking financial scam and pyramid scheme that probably will never be delivered in the end.

Okay, i understand the fact that EVE is MMO and i have ability to choose on my own what i want to level up and which skills to get, but is there any guidelines that can bring me to desired result in a shortest time and protect from being retarded in developing my character?
For example if i decide to be DPS,Sniper or EWAR what should i choose in skills, what kind of ships i should use in progression from Basic to Best(or most used), which ships too shitty and should be skipped, if i want to transite from one role to other which one is closest.

Incursions are better isk and more direct because they aren't 100% tied to LP conversions.

When you fly with people thwy don't look for a "sniper pilot" or a "ewar pilot" they pick a fleet they want to fly and generally you are expected to be able to fly something that fits within the roles of the fleet.

Its not that long of a train either, your damage doesn't matter, your tank support skills really don't matter. You just bubble stuff and then you can die knowing you served the fleet well.

It seems like a good idea to train that and then go on fleets finding out stuff that you'd actually like to train and fly rather than simply skilling support skills and random ships only to actually join and alliance or corp and find out that while you have good support skills its going to be months before you can fly the ships and fits they actually use to the doctrine standard.

In practice, sleepers just sit there and wait for someone to come farm them.
All wormhole sites except for pirate data/relic sites have sleepers in them.
Pirate sites can only be found in C1-3 wormholes, but there are sleeper relic and data sites too.

Yes absolutely, ccp is one of the most hands off devs out there. Nearly everything in the game is player run. No space is entirely safe. At best you can mitigate the risk by flying a shield tanked proc/skiff and outlast them until concord shows up. Or join an industry corp or one of the many nullsec corps that have an industry branch.

You're going to want a cloak if you want to get into exploration, you'll just lose your ship otherwise. Drop the salvager, you will probably never salvage anything of value with it.
All wormhole sites have sleepers apart from the pirate sites. If the name of a site doesn't contain a pirate faction name you can't clear it yourself in a frigate.

getting your plex is a doable thing in your 2 weeks of trial especially if you're exploring
what you need to do is keep scanning wormholes and clicking description, look for "null security space". Specifically, you want a region like Stain or anything that is in sansha space ( http://evemaps.dotlan.net/region , scroll down to Outlaw Regions and look for Sanshas in the Rats tab). Two things you do need to know though, nullsec is objectively the most dangerous as it's literally the wild west BUT you can at least see if there's anyone in your system by checking local chat. Second thing you need to know is nullsec data/relic sites specifically in Sansha space are the most lucrative, if you're lucky you can get up to 170mil from a single site. Also you probably want to go into -0.3 systems tops as the ones above have an even smaller chance of dropping data/relic sites. There's also systems with non player owned stations therefore you can stash your shit there. Once you want to bring your shit back make sure to go through wormholes back into high/low sec as traveling all the way back from nullsec is certain death through gates. http://eve-gatecheck.space is useful to check for gatecamps. If you've got any questions I've got the answers regarding exploration.

Doing a 14-day trial on a spare acc now so I can learn the basics, then planned to get invited on another one for longer trial and see if I can earn a PLEX(in case I don't, I'll buy a sub). Don't worry, I don't mind starting from scratch again.
Exploration seems fun but can't say I've been getting any luck, found only a few data/relic sites by now and a overabundance of wormholes which mostly led me to -1 systems which had 1-2 data/relic sites guarded with like 5 NPCs.
So far I guess I can only properly fly a Heron, fit here >>147925408 .
What should I replace the salvager for? I guess I could use a turret or something but no idea what to put there.
Don't have any drones atm as I'm still training the skill.

Any data site that has "unsecured" in the name will be protected. Same thing goes for "forgotten" relic sites.
As for your fit you might want to look into getting a "Scan Rangefinding Array I" and/or a "Scan Acquisition Array I". Not too many things you can replace your salvager for since the obvious answer would be cloak but you've got the restriction.
With exploration it's really hit and miss but some regions give you way more than others, I'd personally argue exploration isn't worth doing unless you either a) doing nullsec (specific regions) or b) wspace.
As a nice bonus, ghost sites exist. These are definitely at 98% on the spooky meter because a) they have a timer that activates from the minute you warp to them uncloaked (usually 2 minutes, can be 1 minute.) and b) if you fail hacking it on the first try they can explode and do 5000+ damage so an instant kill to most exploration ships. Once the timer runs out, rats warp in and fuck shit up. A cargo scanner is really useful in these sites because you really only have time for a single can (or two if you can be quick). The rewards are worth the risk though because the best thing you can get (if it's a ghost site in wspace) is a High-grade Ascendancy Omega blueprint, costs around 350mil to craft but sells for 3 billion and only needs industry lvl 4 skilled. Usually though you'll probably get 50-100mil in loot plus bp's. More info here http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Ghost_Site
Make sure to sell your shit in Jita unless you've got some amount of the same high value item (https://eve-central.com) because it could be worth making a few jumps to get %10 or %20 more on your sale.

Hit ctrl + E when you're ingame or find "People and Places" on your menu list on the left, type in Jita in the search string. After you hit search and a new window appears, scroll down to Solar Systems, then right click on "Jita" and set destination. On the upper left of your screen you'll have boxes of different colour (colours represent security status, light blue being least spooky, bright red being the spookiest). Once you're there, right click anywhere that's space (not your ship nor stargate or whatever) and you'll see Stations, hover over that and go to the 4th one down the list (4-4) That's the station where everyone buys and sell shit, usually the best prices are there.
