Mercy is listed as countered by genji, but not any other heroes? I mean what are you going to do, reflect her heal beam? I mean you can absolutely kill her as Genji but I wouldn't say he's the best for the job.
Furthermore, McCree's listed as someone who counters tracer, but isn't listed as one of tracers counters.
For the most part I don't think it's worth making one-on-one matchup lists for anything aside from who wins offense vs offense matchups. Pharah's pretty hard to judge since she needs to have open space to actually utilize most her abilities, and therefore is less likely to have a one on one fight in the first place. It's also not that hard for any offense hero to kill any other offense hero if they get the jump on them.

So, regarding the weapon itself, I'm slightly confused. The design makes me think it's some sort of Crusader Crossbow, but on an actual sniper rifle as opposed to some shitty non-hitscan crossbow that always misses.
I was joking when I said that Sombra would be a shitty Sniper/Spy hybrid, but maybe I wasn't too far off.

genjis ult m1 does the same damage as junkrats regular m1s, and has a slower fire rate while being a melee weapon. Genjis main strength is that his shift dash resets on kills, meaning if people stack up he can combo a group of people really hard.

Ricochet shots are hard as fuck in this game because they're inconsistent. Too many times have I shot Hanzo's E with what should be an amazing skillshot capable of melting heroes only to have it decide to reflect in the EXACT WRONG WAY and barely hit the target at all.
