I just encountered a stack of probably 3-4 people+2-3 randoms that went 2 reapers, 2 genjis, tracer, and lucio for koth overtime.
I had no idea what to pick so I just decided to stick with winston.
How do you counter this? Reapers melt tanks, genjis+tracer melt pretty much everything squishy but lucio.
The only thing that comes to mind right now is pharah, but it was point that has pretty low ceiling, so I wouldn't be able to fly exactly above the point without genjis raping my ass.
Don't get me wrong, we were able to kill them, we held the point for like 2 minutes, but it was impossible to get rid of all of them at once. You all know that solid tracer can extend overtime a lot. Eventually, they managed to kill us all, cap it, and hold it.

I'm an average player with a ranked score of 56, I play a lot of widow but people on my team always complain when I pick her, sometimes they are extremely rude. I think I do alright.
I played a game last night in Gibraltar, defense, as widow for most of it. Whole time I was playing my team was saying just awful things like "get off widow, you suck" and "kill yourself". I don't have a problem switching if my team needs a better comp but since they were being so mean I decided to just keep playing widow. I thought I was doing fine anyways. They kept being verbally abusive the whole game, yelling into their mics. We lost, but it was a close game.
Game ends and in chat for all to see my whole team was like: "gg 5v6 our widow was useless and did nothing", "5v6 our widow is a fa**ot"
Immediately after that the enemy team responded with comments like, "lol, widow was your best player", "widow literally carried your team", etc.
It was really cool to see the enemy team defend me (and watch the jerks on my team rage in response) and felt really good to know I was doing alright even though my team was a bunch of dicks. Not much else to say I guess, there are jerks out there but there are good people too.

Since they got not tanks you can just outplay them honestly. Just smash through them with a more balanced lineup that abuses the fact that they are squishy fucks that can't sustain themselves on the point.
Zarya+Roadhog would cause everyone but the Reapers trouble. A S:76 and or Pharah would constantly pressure them if they try to do ranged harass. A Reaper of your own could probably deal with their Reapers since he's got an actual frontline to play around with. A Lucio or two of your own would let you smash straight into them and scatter them like kittens.

Sitting still with a fatbox and havinga delay before you can move again is death sentence to competent teams
Bastion works, with a reinhardt shielding him and a good team coordinating fighting in front of him
So the enemy has to step into bastions firing line to fight and then they die for it
Problem is the enemy can just go something cheesy like double winston double lucio double tracer, rush the bastion and murder him and then its 5v6
Thats the problem with the game currently, offensive heroes defend better than defensive heroes. Which is why attack is so much better than defense and every game goes
