Sorry to sort of just graze your question. But the BR-471D was seen as an upgrade, surpassing the older shells and able to penetrate most captured German heavy tanks at 1000M out. War Thunder is strange as it gives tanks every shell they were used with until they were decommissioned. Being that the USSR still used IS-2s until 1991 I think it is unbalanced.
