It isn't. Looks like a metal plate to reinforce the knee. As you grow older the bone grows around the plate making it harder to remove. While that shows something to the extreme it's pretty common for it to be hard to remove.
Also it doesn't damage any part of you.

Tbqh the only place where legendary pets are really good (that I know of) is celestial dragons but now that they drop blood for some goddamn reson theres also the risk of them picking up something worthless

If I have winauth installed in the computer does that mean I can't install a different wainauth in my laptop and have to use the one on my other computer?

Oh, well to answer your question it doesn't matter if you have winauth on computer 2. Just make sure you use the code generated by the same computer each time you're asked to input it. So stick to 1 of the 2.
