So a while back, someone posted an image of their death by the hands of a defending Torbjorn Turret at the final point of Numbani. Obviously, it's a BS turret placement spot but if anyone has the image I'm talking about OR can refer me to the position that seems to be hidden behind trees yet the turret can see the attackers no problem, that'd be great.

No. If you hit someone with right click, the current charge damage stays until you or they die.
50% charge hit on Lucio, he fucks off, your charge goes down to 0%, you right click Lucio and the Roadhog right next to him, it's going to hit Lucio for the 50% charge damage and Roadhog for the 0% charge damage.
This doesn't have as big an effect as you might believe, because it resets every time you OR the zarya is killed. And it rarely happens for a 100% zarya not to outright kill you, then go to a significantly lower charge and murder you afterwards. It IS a bug and should be fixed, but it's pretty low on the list of things that make her so bloody annoying right now.

I liked Mass Effect 1's overheat mechanic (when it didn't bug out). It rewarded firing in bursts to hold off overheating and punished mindlessly spamming shots. I wish a hero in this game used something like it.
