It's a team game. If your team is shit you will lose, it's quite simple. Put Tom Brady on a middle school football team against a college football team and the Tom Brady will lose.
You have to understand that some games your team will be bad and you cant win. Some games your team will be superstars and even if you afk farm you will win. But whats important are the matches you get where you make a difference, and there are a ton of them. It's those games that count, and if your still butthurt from playing with 7yrolds last game, it will affect how you go into your next game negatively.

Gold shitter here. The highest I've ever gotten is plat 5, but it was painstaking because I'm an adc/support main. Way too team dependent to carry, especially for ADCs who spike later in the game (at which point most people just give up if the early game doesn't go well).

You really can carry a game hard as an ADC, which is easier to do as you climb because more people realize that ADCs produce so much DPS in a teamfight and will actually peel the fed ADC.
jg has a really decent impact on every lane, the problem is you will be shit at it, jg is a hard role to get used to.
