From what ive done so far, with only an ardent for ap, jannas shield will cover about 240+40, however with the shield mastery and ardents new passive, coupled with crucible, her shield is around 426. That's pretty damn good. Max cdr will put you at like 5-6 seconds per shield (or less I don't remember exactly how low the cdr on it was)
