The crafter has recipes to reset each pet affix. It just costs 1-5 of any element.

You will need to level the crafter to have all the reset affix recipes. You also get a Swap Affixes recipe that moves them all between pets, so if you had good rolls on a Doop pet but wanted them on Lucky you would be able to move them.
