Circling and aoe attack ratio help:
Multi-Shot 10~15.
Cannon Shot, Cannon Blast, Shootdown.
Covering Fire, Snipe (arguably).
SR skills, but you can't have falcon and SR2.
Also a LOT of your party member's skills. This is the main reason to go falcon, not just for your own damage.
Falcon makes braindead QS3 gameplay quite a bit more complex. This may be good or bad depending on whether you liked the braindead gameplay or not.

You're forgetting you have to call back the falcon after every action and you can't just do it right away, you have to wait until the action is done and sometimes they just lag out. You also have to decide when to use circling for most efficiency and in general you have a lot more buttons to worry about than if you just went a3 or scout.
Maybe complex isn't the right word, but it certainly is more inconvenient and gets in the way of the 100% braindead qs3 gameplay that came before it.

There is Earth Tower which pretty much is the PvE endgame. It has 20 (40 soon in korea) floors and gets harder as you go further up the tower. So far only a single group in korea has cleared floor 20 and nobody on iToS has even gotten to the halfway point. It's less about mechanics and actually being good at the game and much more about figuring out silly set ups to do things like grant you perma invulnerability to get past the heavy damage intake and abusing anything you can to get past the ridiculous DPS checks. It's a pure numbers game and doesn't look particularly fun.

I wouldn't recommend that build though, Krivis 2 is a huge waste in my opinion and doesn't really get you anything special. You take it just for stronger Zaibas but at R6 you could take Druid instead which has Carnivory and would completely and utterly destroy the damage Kriv2 gets you. Kriv in itself just feels like a waste together with Diev. You have no use for Daino since you don't bring much in terms of first line buffs and Zalciai isn't going to do anything since you won't spec SPR. I would recommend dropping the Krivis entirely and going Diev3 + 1 rank of either Druid or Priest.

It's a CC class, they do fuck all for damage. Channels get interrupted if you get hit without Surespell up. It's fine for soloing up to a point because they lock mobs in place while you just slowly whittle away at them, but their damage output is complete and utter garbage compared to any real DPS.
The two popular Kino builds are Cryo3Kino3 for even more CC, and Wiz3Kino3War for CC into warlock damage. Either is fine, pick what you think you would prefer and stick to it.

Cleric2 Diev3 X is the prime DPS Cleric while still being credit to team build. You can finish it up with either Druid2, Druid PD, or Priest PD and be good to go. If you just really want to roll Krivis because you like the costume or whatever then that's cool, go for it, but don't go into Krivis expecting good damage. Zaibas falls off ridiculously hard and is completely worthless in AoE situations.

They work exactly like Basic Warp Scrolls or the TP Warp Scrolls if you've ever used them. Pop one and it lets you teleport to any other statue. It also saves the last location you used one of them and lets you return there once, completely free of charge.
So let's say you are grinding in Storage but need to repair, what you can do is craft your own statue, use it to teleport to Fedimian (costs silver), and then teleport from the goddess statue in Fedimian right back to the one you crafted in Storage (doesn't cost anything). After you teleported back the statue you crafted yourself breaks and you have to craft a new one to do it again. 1 point in it is plenty, it's pretty nice.

If you get it for farming then you're golden, but if you're expecting late game damage out of it you will be very disappointed at 230+
