Toggle is great, but not if you want to have Guardian Angel prioritize the target you're healing, in which case you might want to switch toggle off in case you immediately need to let go of your current patient and heal somebody else.
But prioritizing your current target means you can still fly towards them as long as your beam is still connected, even if you can't get direct line of sight for Guardian Angel.

Blizzard should make a hero based on Walter White, the hero, which shall be known as White Walter, would create health packs (Like how tor creates armor, except he doesn't need scrap) that would offer a variety of bonuses, such as increased speed and damage. He'd use a pistol and his ultimate would be to poison all the healthpacks on the map, leading to instant death to the enemy team should they take them, but after a period of time the effect would disappear. He' also create "Labs" to produce health packs, kind of like a dispenser.
