Naxx had the only hard bosses. Maexna and KT were real bad. BR was pretty simple and LoE is probably the easiest.
Make sure you have a good amount of priest and mage cards because they break the challenge easily on about 70% of the bosses.

The value from Tirion and Sylv is more than enough. Mainly because Tirion is a shielded taunt, protecting your Sylv from the opponent making trades to give you a shit minion or none at all. As well as the fact that they can't ignore the board and go face etc.
The main focus of N'Zoth Paladin is to exhaust your opponent of their removal so you can safely play N'Zoth and him (and friends) stick. So when you're subbing cards in, you have to consider the aim of the deck and what benefits it the most.
So rather than Rafaam, you pick either something that can help you stall the game (heals/taunts/removal) or something that syergises with your main win condition (Deathrattles like Cairne - but you're subbing him).
In closing, despite being very different cards, I actually took out the Keeper of Uldaman from the deck I netdecked, and put in a Holy light.
I figured the Keeper isn't as good as it is in other decks because I clear the board in a single card combo so much of my single minion removal isn't necessary (especially since I have Humilities and Peacekeepers). The heal has helped greatly against aggro decks when the early turns stop my Forbidden Healing being as effective.

But if I could transfer that to you, I'd say to make a popular deck from memory. But not just 'remember' cards. Rather, you figure out what you would put in the deck yourself.

When Old Gods hit, I knew Tempo Mage had changed a little and there were also some good Mage cards. So I deleted my Tempo Mage deck and tried to make a new one with the new cards, considering what I'd put in there if I were inventing the deck for the first time.
Starting with the obvious core stuff you see in Mage decks like Fireballs, Frostbolts etc. Then the stuff that have become core in Tempo Mage like Mana Wyrm and Flamewaker. A few cheap synergy spells for them. Then I ironed out my curve with some new midrange minions with Faceless Summoner and a decent lategame card with Rag.
After that you go and play the deck a few times and see where you start getting your arse kicked. You might have too much removal or not enough. You tweak it with something you probably thought "I could do with X on this turn" and remove something that might have been a dead card in your hand in a couple of games. That's it. Pic related is what I finished on.
Sorry for the long posts, but it's hard to explain experience without mentioning the reasons for my choices.

I just wanted to try Yogg or C'Thun in the Tempo deck (after I finished it) so I swapped things around and added a few of those cards and this is generally a more midrange Tempo deck. Fighting for board control and battles between minions make an overall game of Hearthstone more fun and compelling, but skipping turns waiting for opponent to spend resources and "muh card advantage" isn't particularly fun or interactive.
If you don't play for tempo instead of value every game with every deck, kill yourself.
What are the best neutral enrage minions to include in a whirlwind deck? Worgen is there. Considering its a warrior, would Spiteful Smith be woth the inclusion or any of the trolls?

The thing is zoo doesn't fight for board these days but rather goes aggressive and forces you to make the trades. God they even run leeroy as a finisher like old aggro decks did and tend to finish you off with x3 PO or soulfires from over half health by turn 7-9. It's no way near an interactive deck anymore.

Before dark peddler was introduced zoo ran 2 doomgards as finisher. Nothing changed. Every aggro-control and midrange deck needs finisher, be it angry trees combo, BoK and truesilver, doomgard, Leeroy, Grom or whatever. If you just dump stats on board your deck is trash.

Call of the Wild is the only card that can single handedly win the game regardless of if you are behind or ahead. It is the single most broken card in the entire game. I will never understand how little blizzard actually play tests before throwing blatantly overpowered card into the public. Its ridiculous.

In cross roads you could even get lucky and save some cards for the right moment. with zerus, you might have strong minions like KT, rag and tirion from turn 1 to 7 and on turn 8 only have 1 mana or 2 mana minions.

It's neat for new players but honestly as someone with over 3500 arena wins I think it is often mistaken. Most notably it doesn't differentiate between "3-drops" and "3 mana minions". Ironbeak Owl is not a 3-drop but it is considered like one and this is weighed in when you are lacking 3-drops. Nerubian Prophet is basically a 3-drop in most cases yet it is considered like a 6-drop. Just examples but there are many more details like this.

Strongly consider the curve in your drafts so you have a decent probability of playing something at each turn up to 5 or so, after that get a handful of lategame cards. Even mana cards are usually better than odd ones.
When you play, tempo is the name of the game. Value trade whenever possible but don't leave yourself up to punishment. People tend to go for the same heartharena picks so it's easy to play around. If all else fails, try drafting a zoo deck, you might not get the full 12 but you can get some cheeky wins in there

In the context of Warcraft I can only think of Expose Armour and Sunder Armour, expose would be good for rogue but I feel like there should be a neutral solution. I'm pretty sure there are some mobs who debuff armour by 100% though, I can't think of them off the top of my head though.

Armor itself isn't problem. Even if fedora shitter has 60 hp with no board against decently sized board, he will lose 90% of the time. The problem is shield slam. In vanilla you had only armor up, armorsmith and shield block so shield slam was kinda balanced. Then shieldmaiden, bash, Trueheart, Brann, shiledbearer happened. When TGT rotates out control warrior will be honorable again. Right now it's way more cancer than aggro shaman.

You need double Entomb for other C'thun decks. You can Entomb Vek'lor (NOT Vek'nilash) and play it yourself later. Apart from that, you sorely lack a way to really bounce back if you get wiped early. I'd say sub out one Loot Hoarder and put in a Drake for late spell damage if you're going to run double Nova. EE puts you at three hard board clears, which is nice, but hitting your own board is very costly in midrange decks, especially in C'thun decks like Priest which rely on Acolyte as a buff engine. Consider possibly subbing it out if you don't face a lot of Zoo matchups, and putting in perhaps Mind Vision to keep the hand filled and provide unexpected flexibility that your opponent can't play around.

Some classes have better hero powers than others. I mean, when is a control hunter's hero power relevant?
Obviously Warrior, Priest, and Paladin top out the charts with her effectiveness
Warlock's is actually counterproductive to the Moltens (if the slower locks that exist still run them, that is)
Shaman's is actually good for utility, but she is often not worth the Sylvanas/Mistcaller spot.
Druid's is actually pretty dank, but is dismally unused. If they ran/get more heals I could see Justicar making an appearance in Druid decks.
Rogue's is dumb. Rogue's [insert anything here] is dumb.
Mage's is nice, but not nearly as strong as other 6-drops that can be played nowadays and isn't nearly as useful as Druid's.
Hunter has the raw end of the deal. Figures when the card comes out at a time where Face Hunter was a menace that had just been quelled by some angry drunkard dwarves.
"Imbalanced" yes, but I'd also argue that there isn't much more that can be done to the hero powers that wouldn't push classes into outright broken territory. Imagine a 3-damage ping for Mage on-demand, or double totems from Shamans, both Taunt and Spell Damage, or a Rogue that gets Fiery War Axe on-demand.

This brawl is so terrible, I'm amazed they managed to make something even more randumb than the unstable portal one, It makes me wonder if they even play test half of these. At least with the portals you could make an educated gamble with your rolls and strategically save up your assets and deploy them accordingly. With the Zerus's your strategy and any possible advantage gets reset every turn and the whole fights boils down to whoever gets the most 4-5 drops wins. I don't even know whats up with the arbitrary skipped to turn two thing. Is anyone having fun with this brawl by the way? This is the one I used to get to rank 5 (75% win rate). Control Warriors counters you and since every game against those autistic fucks lasts 30 minutes you may as well surrend and play 3 games instead. Tempo Mage is also unfavored but you can play it out. Midrange Hunter has been a 50/50 for me, it depends if they manage to play their broken stuff like Highmane and CotW or not. Shamans are something like a 50/50 and considering that Shaman is disgustingly broken as fuck that's pretty good. You farm zoolocks. Seriously, I've basically climbed on the corpses of zoolocks. Didn't had problems with druid but it may be just me, I guess that in theory they're supposed to be favored.
Remember to play on curve,a always mulligan for axes and 2/3 drops (vs zoolock mulligan for Ghoul and WW), and remember that most games are not gonna be won by your flashy legendaries but by a 15 attack Berserker.

Gormok is not even used in all zoo lists because a lot of people find it inconsistent.
Zoolock can be played with doomguaeds instead of Leeroy, slighty worse vs control but better in more tempo based matchups.

You are supposed to use PO for board control instead of burst and play doomguard with any empty hand. The deck is more centered around board control this way. And in the current meta, gormok is worthless as it is better against control since its a silly win more card against other temp oriented decks like midrange shaman or midrange warrior.
But you can just keep living in denial and blame your shitty rank on not having enough OP Legendaries instead of accepting the truth that you are a fucking shitter.

Trading well is apparently going to summon minions for you out of nowhere.
In reality, keeping more than two or three minions on the board at the start of your turn is almost impossible against other decks that try to curve out well. And in the case that you do manage to do that, you are incredibly ahead thus making gormok a win more card that you could have replaced with something else that actually helps you consistently get this far, like another one drop to make sure you spend all your mana every single turn in the early game.

Brawl is bullshit as is. 5 mana kill everything but 1 is easily 6 mana. Then it's another 1 mana card to finish what survives off because warrior removal isn't undercosted at all.
If priest had removal this cheap they could run big boys like baron as win conditions but there's costs a shit ton so they have to spend the entire turn doing that.
This brawl is so much fun, I went on a 10-win streak last night, I think it's all I'm going to be playing until it's gone

I'm relatively new to HS (I fucked around on release, but didn't play much), now I'm trying to get into the game, and in about 4 days I got disconnected 3 times right after 'securing' my win, (2 times in arena and once in ranked), and I'd only be able to log back on after ~5 minutes is this normal? I never got a disconnect when losing.
I've heard of shit like this before in other games, but it still feels so alien, like, how would someone be able to get my IP or whatever from the Blizz server running the match?
