Depends on whether or not you already trained it on the farm or not.
You can only increase it's stats by 50+(ABI/2) points total, where 1 point equals 10 HP.
So, assuming you want 150 HP, you need 15 points to allocate.
If you already used em all up you can remove them with restraint chips bought on EDEN entrance.
