change of hours, you probably went from 2:50 to 3:00 hours of play (or 3:50 to 4:00) with those 2 games. reason is blizzard recorded the hours played rounded down, so those extra 50 minutes of play inflated your score. this becomes a lot less of an issue with longer hours of play as the extra minutes gets less pronounced.

I main Pharah and like her ult at is. When you can get six of them launched in a drawn out game, it doesn't really matter. Usually a solider/sniper will get you, or anything that can aim really. But minor amounts of waiting or personally killing the classes that fuck you makes for some easy double+kills. Then every now and then you get the quad+kill potential, like releasing on those who could fuck you.
Why is mercy allowed to have a two second cooldown? I can understand having to jump from person to person to heal them, but to have it as an ALWAYS AVAILABLE escape is fucked
