Still DW viable but really barely now. Devs nerfed the perk deck and dodge later on, removing the croutching bonus because it was too hard for the community to understand the concept.

Simple, we have too many skill points at level 100 now, especially for stealth builds. Sentry are completely different now with new features but they will require a weapon that fill really fast with fully loaded aced, like the GL40 or China puff.

Depends on what you're thinking. At V-100, it's possible to have an optimal armor (or dodge) with a saw, shaped charges, expert driver asset and inspire aced.
Also silencer's skills cost less now and also were buffed so one should keep it in mind.

I agree that deathwish has a huge issue of stealth versus loud. As the loud difficulty increases in an exponential way, stealth does not.
I also want to have Jules look at the barrel nozzle attachments as well. A lot of them are useless like the funnel of fun. Silencers are way too powerful, especially with silent killer which is extremely cheap to go for.

Learn patience. Unless you're some MLG speedrunning pro, the harder stuff will always take you 20+ minutes and that's okay. RNG is always fucking you in the ass anyway.
And also when walking around, always have an exit strategy for panic escapes. Don't just sprint into shit expecting to be able to get out.
Also another thing to note is that always make sure the guards are actually gone before going in somewhere. If you pay attention to guard paths, 90% of the time, a guard will walk into a room, walk around, walk out, then walk back in like 20 seconds later when you think it's safe and then walk back out. That's not RNG, that is OVK programming very specific paths to make sure to fuck people over when they're trying to go in and do objectives.So if you're doing some guard convention heist and a guard just recently walked away for the first time, make sure he moves to the next room / area before going in because there's a good chance he'll just do a 180 to swing his dick in your face before actually moving on.
Car Shop is an exception though, hacking the computer guarantees people will endlessly path to the computer until the heist is over, even after you're done hacking.

Tested Biker heist for the first time just now, it wasn't A+++ 5/5 Would HoxOut-Grind Again but it wasfunand fully servicable! D2 was kinda intense, since there's so little area for cops to spawn on you have them in your fucking face 24/7.

There isn't one.
Cloakers will jump kick the first person in range, or charge a line of sight victim if there isn't one close enough to jump kick.
You only have Counter-Strike Aced which punches back a Cloaker *IF* you have your melee fully charged when he hits you.
Shoot them, and shoot them fast.
You could also play solo with no bots or everyone in custody and Cloakers won't drop you until you're no longer solo.

You gotta know when the right time to kill is. If you don't know that, run Election Day DW. Even if you don't hit four pagers you'll get more guards coming in making life a pain in the ass. There's also guards that don't trigger pagers, so that's cool too. Main thing about this heist though is that the actual area is rather open and you have a half minute to pray to God no guard turns a corner and calls it in when you're performing a hack or, god forbid, closing the damn box up. It can be a pain but the payout is worth it.

Well the trick is to either have a 3-4 man team of ECMs and slaughter the map, or if you're solo'ing, get two body bag cases, murder every civ that you can get away with and pray for the RNG to save you.

Since your max health is now always below 50% you're guaranteed to have berzerker active at all times (giving you a minimum of 40% more damage with guns). Also Yakuza if you use that deck.

Now, because you took Frenzy Aced, your health is more effective than just 34.5. You've got a 60% damage mitigation which gives you about 55.2 effective health. Unfortunately, that 20.7 non-health doesn't go to your armor.
Is it a problem? Only if your armor actually breaks.
Fortunately, Anarchist (and Armorer) will give you a 2 second buffer of invulnerability to get your armor back up before you start taking Health damage.

Not a good idea. The health regenerating decks already make it hard to come up with a good reason to take first aid kits and doctor kits. More health regenerating decks just make those things even more irrelevant.

Since the devs are former Overkill employees, one can only assume they stuck with the Diesel engine because that's what they knew and were familiar with instead of having the motivation to actually try to learn a different gaming engine that's actually worth a damn.

One of the early promises for Payday 2 was that they would totally upgrade the Diesel engine to bring it up to modern standards. New version of Diesel, make it more performant, cut the cruft, etc.
That never happened. Instead of Diesel 2.0, we got like, Diesel 1.1 because they barely had the time to just make PD2 assets. You think they would've learned their lesson the first time.
