So I played all the first few chapters in Soul Sacrifice Delta and up to around 6 chapters into the story for the riding hood bitch and I'm really not liking it.
The aesthetic is nice and the idea behind the lore is okay, but the missions are too short for my taste in hunting games and the combat still doesn't click for me. And some of the lore is just too tryhard.
I fucking enjoyed Freedom Wars more, and I eventually dropped that game, too.

The good:
Combat system is really interesting. Well executed, and I really like how it interfaces with the overworld.
Music. I really enjoy the whole BGM - > Vocals switch into combat.
The ok:
Story. I was hoping it would be a bit better. The premise is really interesting, but so far the execution is kind of boring.
The bad:
Open World/Out of Combat. Talking to NPCs is just about spamming O. Its really drab and tedious.
Balance. Its a bit out of whack. even-level fights are fun, but if the enemy is 1 level above you, it becomes impossible to kill,and if the enemy is a few levels below you, you just oneshot it.
Load times. Thats all.
The shit:
fucking crashes. I've played 6 hours (in game timer), and crashed at least 15 times in that period, so I've probably played about 9-12 hours in total. Doesn't help that save points are few and far between, so needing to go through the same shit over and over gets boring.
