A while ago Reinhardts were problematic, nowadays I win more than 50% of the 1v1s, and when I lose it's mostly because of an error of mine, so I think a really well played Zarya should be able to consistently beat a Reinhardt 1v1

That's way too fundamental of a change for D.Va, I think. Unless you could just send your mech on a one-time kamikaze charge without ulting, ie, hit the boosters, jump out, and have remote control until the boost ends and then the mech just kinda falls over and you become pilot D.Va. At that point, the character is much stronger, and might suddenly be a balancing problem. The choices then becomes either fix that bug, or allow it to exist and reduce his power elsewhere. If we decide to reduce his power elsewhere, unless you know how to do this special (and often unintuitive) trick, he will never feel correctly powerful for you.

If the hitboxes will remain as they are (and let's face it, they probably will), I think Hanzo needs a bit of tuning to his effectiveness at close quarters. I'm not saying he needs to be absolutely useless, but the power of his arrow isn't diminished up close and due to the nature of his arrow's...to put it lightly, wide area of contact, it makes approaching a Hanzo from essentially any distance dangerous to the point of being a bit over-tuned for what is supposed to be a long distance class. His field of view is much wider than Widowmaker's while aiming as well.
What about a slight reduction of damage the closer you are to Hanzo when hit? This would actually be more in line with real-world physics, as the closer your target, the less time the arrow would have to build momentum. It wouldn't effect his ability to keep on with his ridiculous sniping capabilities at long range, but at the same time makes him more vulnerable to being harassed. As of now, approaching a Hanzo is just as dangerous as being in his sniping field and I think that's a bit much. He's named as a "Sniper" in the game, so having the same killing power in CQC seems a bit awkward.

I got a highlight as Zarya where I killed five people and then I couldn't capture the point because my 3 remaining teammates died to a fucking Genji.
I of course turned around evaporated the stupid faggot with my particle cannon as he tried to deflect it.
By that time the enemy mercy had respawned and pressed Q reviving two of her teammates through the wall.
That was potg. Not my six man clear.
Ran back around and just tried to stealth cap as Zarya and blew the genji apart again when he came to try and stop me. Said I was hacking because he couldn't deflect my particle cannon.
