There is no "Nezha" meta
If you want to play the game with him, then you just build him like you would build Rhino. You can tank up (not recommended) or go for CC

ok you actually have an interestingly specific question given the nature of weapon "types" in this game (beyond major slot classes like primary/secondary/melee, like how the tonkor is an "assault rifle" keke), but the thing is that you'll notice there aren't any mods that are "pistol" specific for the secondary slot (ie, hornet strike and suppress and all that kind of standard fare) and so the rule is apparently exclusionary (one-offs like concealed explosives) so you should just assume that any mod you can equip on all secondaries will work

you can afford one utility slot on the tonk on top of your core build: serration, heavy caliber, split chamber, point strike and vital sense because it's a crit weapon, two 90% mods (toxic and either elec or cold, corrosive for armored units though radiation for alloy is ok since tonk isn't really a status beast, viral for unarmored), and then one last slot you'd usually reserve for a utility like shred (punchthrough is invaluable, on top of its firerate, but useless for the tonkor) or a third elemental (does add more damage but is generally speaking unnecessary)
realistically the best choice is primed fast hands for maximum damage output per time but... crit delay or argon scope for >100% crit and consistent one shots at upper deac range is acceptable, firestorm for more range is acceptable, even hush if you can lose other utilities, you could even keep hammershit for the extra crit mult

For "performance reasons" or some shit, beam weapons now only calculate damage and status per second, rather than per tick/projectile
Which means high status beam weapons can no longer rip the armour off an enemy in 3 seconds - you can only have 1 proc per second now, if DE is feeling generous instead of the 8 procs in a second or w/e it used to be.
It means to get the "full damage" from a beam weapon, you have to keep it on the target for the full second and you will get ONE damage tick which is the "total dmg"/time beam was on target, as opposed to dealing 20 damage ticks per second.
tl;dr -
>NOW: 2000dmg/contact time and 1 proc at % chance in 1 second intervals = "balance"

It shows the diameter of the breast(D), the length of the breast from where it begins to the midpoint(M), i.e, proverbial nipple, the length between the widest point of the hips(H), and the angle from the widest point of the hips to the apex of the shoulder(S) (above the armpit).
Now proportionate refers these ratios generally:

M*1.5=D
S=90°
The closer the measurements the more proportionate. below I'll be showing these figures as a ratio of equation measurement/real measurement to show how far from proportionate each one is. I'll be rounding as there is no "half-pixel".

Anon it's the grind that's fun. That's all there is. If you can't enjoy grinding, you won't like this game. Some meme frames and meme missions exist to curb your grindan time but essentially, this is a game where you grind to be able to grind more.
Paying might only slightly free you from grinding but it's inevitable. Try to get comfortable with it, try out different frames and weapons, play it with people you like, don't worry about your power level, all will come with time.

The game started to nose dive when everything became white and gold. It always had problems, it still has so many. But you can point to the moment when DE started to focus heavily on the Void and Orokin. Some mysteries need to be left unsolved. We should have never learned what the Orokin were and only hint at the sentients. MAYBE one day in the far future reveal them.
Blow out glare and reflections. Excessive use of white and diegetic UI making everything hard to read and use. There is no hierarchy of design and nothing of use or added with the changes throughout the life of the game. The original UI was for the player not for the world and lore. It created an interface that was functional. It needed work but it was slick and intuitive.

They should have left "Prime" shit as completely cosmetic addons to regular frames and weapons, similar to Deluxe skins. People who aren't founders will never have a completed codex or enjoy the increased stats/extra energy in void tilesets if they want to run Excalibur. I'd be totally okay with the fact that only founders would have gotten a shiny golden version of Excalibur and Lato if it was just an exclusive skin, completely insignificant to the game. But the fact that we now have primes of every other frame but are locked out of that one is utter bullshit.
It doubled the amount of frames and added an extra third amount of weapons, but the difference between them are arbitrary. Their effect on the game are mostly diluted droptables and enlarging the pool of gear that needs to be balanced. Thus increasing grind for the players and increasing the difficulty and work to keep all weapons balanced with each other so the powercreep plaguing this game is augmented.
The other thing that marked the downfall is the Mod 2.0 update. I can't comprehend what must have gotten in their brains when they removed the random stat mods, instead adding shit like Serration; mods which are now mandatory to go past Earth. They recently even said they would have used the card system from the beginning if they could have.

Don't give up anon. The grind is painful but with the right build, you are practically invincible and you deal a shit ton of damage.
He's slow, compared to other he has no real utility whatsoever, he has no neck but damn it's so much fun to send hordes of enemies to the sky with an uppercut.
In my opinion, he shines in long survival missions where enemies swarm around you. You are immortal when you use Landslide and the energy demand is really low. Especially when there are others in your squad to activate life support, you can go on and on forever.
If DE stays by their promise and gives Atlas his 4th augment, he will be even more fun. Also, he can punch bursas through their shields.

Dark Dagger is actually a terrible idea because of it's innate radiation. This was proven over and over in endless Rathuum. In theory it should be good but since this is DE we're talking about, sometimes it bugs out and it's impossible to do stealth kills, usually in inclines such as stairs or ramps. Instead you end up doing a normal attack that can proc radiation and radiation procs will get Ivara killed from stray shots to and from irradiated enemies.
A solo Ivara doesn't need the syndicate proc anyway because she gains constant energy via Prowl's steal or she can hide in an invis bubble to let Zenurik charge her.

I think it's a combination of color correction and in-game lighting along with the nature of the color pickers; I tend to find that the deep blue-leaning purples look very nice but easily just become straight up blue while anything with too much of a red hue easily turns into a nasty pink under the wrong lighting conditions

the hold/follow commands and their tendency to sneak around and not shoot so long as you're around unalerted enemies is really nice, even if broken sometimes, in my opinion; it's far better than the old days when they were first introduced and I'd have to kill them off or strand them if I wanted to do tenchufag runs
