I think the main "lack of parties" problem is partially because people don't step up and make their own parties. Many people are willing to join parties but few are willing to start their own.

We will probably get Anton Raid with the newest balance patch and Awakened mode. So, probably next year after the next AiO patch.
I think the only way to make people play Anton Normal eventually is to introduce some sort of "Anton Easy", like OV's tutorial mode, or maybe some sort of event with more rental shit. Or just accept that DFOG can't into PARTY CALL and make everything solo-friendly.

People are afraid to form random parties for some reason. You check the party list and usually see no parties listed. I usually pub Anton by creating my own party and people usually join quickly. Sometimes its just a matter of being the one to create that party.
This game is unrealistically grindy. And if you're one of the very few that get lucky and don't need months to grind what you need for one character they can easily nerf your class into uselessness not only making your character useless but also making that gear you farmed worthless so it can't even be sold. I'm already buying fatigue recovery, running forgotten meme for XP potions, feeding growth capsules and using the level tickets at the end of the ranges. I don't have mileage to spare for the capsules or XP potions

You don't need the best Enchants for Normals, but getting Decent ones aren't that expensive. You can still find 5% shoulder crit petit beads for cheap, and find +10 ele damage enchants for cheap too. You can get the 3% crit on belt/shoes for "free" just by doing the gold dragon tournament dailies for 5 days per bead. There's some cheap Phys/Magic attack cards too. You don't need Unique Quality Enchants in every slot.

You don't because alot of people I party with don't even use any buff potions (including Super Armor potions during Mateka).

The funny thing is that the ragers in Anton parties I've had are the ones with the shitty bare minimum gear, higher geared people decked out in legends/epics were usually more nice and accepting. I'm not saying this the case for everyone in DFOG this just what I've experienced.

Sader and/or SB are not required to clear Anton Normal, but there's nothing wrong with wanting a holder/support since they make everything easier. If you run Anton without a holder once without being able to clear a room quickly you'll easily see why they're wanted especially in Kratek and Tartan Twins room.

That's why I said "free" in quotes. The entry costs for Dragon Tournaments are negligible and You can easily get the materials for it just by running Mirror Arad. The only "expensive" things about the dailies is the Glowing Magatamas which is maybe an extra 100k a day but you can easily earn more than that cost daily.

I'm not because a party should have them. There's nothing wrong with that, Neople designed Anton to be content cleared with a composition that isn't just pure damage. You're not supposed to be able to easily clear it with something like 4 Ranges
