Deso is by far ursas strongest damage item in the game. Since abyssal doesnt add much damage anymore and all your other items revolve around defense and not getting kited you need 1 damage item. Deso is just the perfect fit because its the most efficient on him.
Vanguard already lets you solo rosh.
A quick blink abyssal gives mobility, disable, and tankiness. Going bkb and aghs you only have one more slot. Fill it with a deso grandpa.

Mom ursa doesn't actually increase that much damage taken. Ursa's ult blocks 80% and mom only adds 25% so you end up with 55% damage reduction which is still quite good.

I've tried being polite, being an arsehole, suggesting a different pick, pointing out the weakness of the hero against the enemy team, and it never works.
