Found a full team once, for about 5 of these minutes, until someone left matchmaking. 650 people playing right now. I have been playing pretty hardcore since launch, and I've never had this happen, not at midnight EST on a weekday. Hopefully something's wrong with my connection or something, right? Maybe steam download location was changed to "Middle of the freakin' Gobi Desert" or something? Is anyone else just staring at the spinning circles hoping for a match?
