I dunno, Helix rockets at the feet fuck reaper over in my experience and if he ghosts out of the hooks he'll get shot up at range. Rockets completely shut Bastion down if he's far away and again the hooks and gunfire up close.
If a one or two Zens and the rest Reapers all ulted at once they'd get it, but if that's a factor so is the ult from the hogs pushing the reapers away to a range where the soldiers ult has a chance to tear them apart, and at least a few of both will be left to self heal

That was such a marvelous way of ending a round. I am having too much fun playing Reaper, especially when stuff like this happens. Even our DIE DIE DIEs were synchronised so it just sounded like one extra loud Death Blossom.
