I need to kill the Allies who have more than twice as many divisions as me. The thing is, they have a huge navy and I have a shit navy(I'm playing with the AI research and production mod so they are not shit at producing things).

Alright, right now we sit at a tie with Baudouin and Baudouin's vassals both at 9 votes. Because I don't want to run yet another poll, and because Baudouin was winning the poll for the majority of the time, I'm going to tiebreak in his favor: for the CK2 AAR, I'll be starting with Baudouin V of Jerusalem!
Among some other things, I'm probably going to be spending the next few days developing the house rules I'll be playing with in the course of the AAR. Because I've played a fucking shitton of CK2 and because I want to avoid blobbingtoo hard, anyway, I'm going to be playing with logical rules to enhance the AAR's roleplaying aspects and handicap myself a little bit. I'll probably be posting updates here as I develop the rules, but if anybody has any initial suggestions they're welcome to start throwing them out now.
Keep in mind that the house rules won't be handicaps for no reason, however; everything is going to be logical. There will be vassal range limits (a King of Jerusalem won't be able to control a vassal, or even to profit off of him, in de jure France), because that's logical and reasonable. I will, broadly, be forced to play as my character's traits dictate, because that's both reasonable and roleplay-enhancing. But I will not, say, be restricted from declaring a holy war unless I've waited 20 years--that's wholly arbitrary and has no real-world precedent.

Correct, but make sure they're in the right region or it won't help. It can get confusing when the front on the border. between two regions. Also, ensure they have enough range. Sometimes the fighters won't actually have enough range to cover the entire region and you'll have to move them closer to the front.
