Octarine isn't either but definitely go veil first because it's cheaper and the stats are way better for its price. I am a better mid than most people at my MMR. I've practiced my mid match ups in unranked and 1v1s and ranked as well and win my lane quite hard.
But I have trouble getting people to let me mid and if I pick mid first about 50% of the time an irate ally will demand mid and lock their mid and then I will have to deal with some sort of dual lane mid. Which I can still get some decent farm out of because I'm better at last hitting mechanically, but I'm not getting 100% of the farm and I'm only getting 50% of the EXP.
Should I
