Continous Misery might be better if you get a bow since a 9% status chance means you wont really get procs too often. Considering that's all you have, I think it's fine for now but if possible rank up that serration 2 more times and get another status mod. Since you managed to buy the stradavar which I'm assuming you did, it might be a good idea to check out the trade chat and ask for some cheap mods. I like using hikou prime with concealed explosives when I just want to dick around. Maybe if I could use wasd to turn the camera I would just it, but as it it just feel awkward and energy expensive to use.
Now that I think about it, is there any reason for forma to be limited to a specific polarity every time you slap one on an item / warframe? Why not just let us hypercharge the slot with forma or some crap so it works with any polarity? It seems like it's just there to make people waste time whenever frames get reworked.
